  ถ้าเป็นวรรณกรรมทั่วไป  ต้องให้ผู้ประพันธ์ตายครบห้าสิบปีถึงหมดลิขสิทธิ์ครับ  เราสามารถนำมาดัดแปลงคัดลอกทำซ้ำได้ตามอัธยาศัยเลย   แต่ถ้าเป็นเรื่องเสียว(พูดตรงๆคือเรื่องคนเย็ดกันนี่แหละ)ที่ลงตามนิตยสารใต้ดินหรือตามเวบไซต์  ไม่ได้รับการคุ้มครองลิขสิทธิ์ครับ เพราะทางกฎหมายถือว่าเป็นเรื่องขัดต่อกฎหมายและศีลธรรมอันดีของประชาชน  ถ้าอ่านดูตามเวบไซต์ต่างๆถึงเห็นเรื่องซ้ำไปซ้ำมาอยู่บ่อยๆ

จะโอเคหรือไม่โอเค ก็แล้วแต่คนครับ


ถ้าคุณจะทำแบบนั้น  ก็ลองถามขออนุญาตจากเจ้าของผลงานที่คุณจะนำเนื้อหาของเขามาเพิ่มเติม ดัดแปลง หรืออะไรก็แล้วแต่


ถ้าเจ้าของเขาโอเค  ก็ไม่มีปัญหาครับ


แน่นอนว่าในนี้คงไม่มีเรื่องของกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์ครอบคลุม  แต่มันเป็นเรื่องของมารยาทอันดีด้วยครับ


ในฐานะม็อด  ถ้าคุณนำเรื่องของนักแต่งท่านอื่นมา แล้วเจ้าของเขาไม่โอเค มาร้องเรียน  ผมก็แบนครับ
